A very nice place, with a great view over the sea. The small village is very gently and smart. If you have problems, you can contact the renter. He helps you immedeatliy. I can recommend this house and would come back. In 10 Minutes you can arrive the sea/ocean. Thank you for this nice week! By the way, the pizza in Civezza is so delicious, go and taste it...

Große, zweckmässige Wohnung

Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Sightseeing bzw. Badeurlaub. Nur 3-4 Minuten zum historischen Ortskern von Vicezza mit 2 guten Restaurants und kleinen Läden für Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Große, zweckmässig eingeichtete Wohnung. Bad etwas älter (60er Jahre), aber sauber. Balkon etwas schmal. Leider fehlte hier eine Verschattung. Überdachter Stellplatz für den PKW. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Gegend die zu Spaziergängen oder Wanderungen einlädt. Civezza ist ein schmucke kleine Gemeinde mit dem Charme einer alten itaienischen Gemeinde den man sich unbedingt erschließen sollte!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Einrichtung war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Vermieter war sehr behilflich und freundlich.

Dolce vita

Sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Vermieter , Vittorio besorgte Bettwäsche und fehlende Handtücher sofort und nahm auch unsere verspätete Anreise gelassen auf. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer und in sehr kurzer Entfernung zum Ortskern mit Restaurant und Alimentari. Für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Strandleben nach San Lorenzo.

Schöner Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

Netter Vermieter, saubere ,normal ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn man von San Lorenzo nach Civezza fährt ist die Straße auch gut zu befahren,von Poggi anzufahren jedoch eher nicht zu empfehlen da man keinem Auto ausweichen kann. Von Civezza aus hat man gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Strand in San Lorenzo ist in knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

die Ferienwohnung im oberen Te...

die Ferienwohnung im oberen Teil eines Hauses gelegen, die untere Wohnung ist nicht ganz unbewohnt wie in der Beschreibung steht. Ab und zu ist hier auch jemand, mal eine Nacht.Wir hatten einen netten Empfang, trotz Missverständnis betreffend der Ankunftszeit. Die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, beste Bettenqualität, einen super Ausblick vom Balkon. Lebensmittelladen etwa 400 Meter zu Fuß geöffnet ab 7.30 Uhr für das frische Brot zum Frühstück. Reisetipps: Sehenswertes in der Region, am Meer San Remo, Imperia, Porto Maurizio,in den Bergen Civezza und Cerado. Wer gerne mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, es gibt im Ort San Lorenza Al Mare einen Radverleih, von hier kann man auf der Rennstrecke vom Giro de Italia nach San Remo fahren.
