We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"My sister, husband and I stayed for a week in October and is was perfect. The location in Todi was very convenient as a home base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations were very comfortable. They were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The property is stunningly landscaped with breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside, a beautiful pool to enjoy, and very close to town. Adele, our host, could not have been better. She was very helpful with information...

"Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it."

"Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
