"Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel."

"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "

"The hotel is right across from the cathedral and there are many bars and shops in the Square. The hotel was extremely clean nice size rooms and very comfortable beds. The TV in the room also had English channels, which wasn’t always the case in some other hotels in Italy. The breakfast was excellent scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and sweet bread abundant. I would certainly stay in this hotel again."

The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. "Our mini apartment was so cute! Everything was perfect, the balcony behind the bathroom was perfect and the walking distance to the historic center is amazing. Also the owners offering a breakfast for 5 euro ( coffee, cappuccino, hot tea. Yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, crostata and biscotti home made very yummy! All of these buffet style. "
