We had a pleasant drive to Todi and learned some history of the area. when we arrived at the house the cleaning lady was ill so there was a substitute. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. "Staying at Casa Le Crete felt like coming home! We were so dearly cared for by Grazie, Lisa and Arturo. The kitchen was stocked with wine, milk, eggs and coffee and then a wonderful lasagna dinner complete with a salad awaited us upon our arrival. Every need was anticipated. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten."

"Casa Sarafina is a very nicely appointed and attractive apartment. It is located just outside the walls of Orvieto, a 5 or 10 minute climb away from the elevators that take you up to one of the city squares. It is a nice energetic climb for younger folks or for older ones in reasonable shape. One can drive 3 minutes and pay for parking at the site of the elevator. There is parking, tight for two cars but ample for one. One has to be very careful entering the street from the garage, however....

"Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather.
