Independent house with private swimming pool located in a very scenic area in Valdichiana and surrounded by the countryside of Arezzo. Hectares of woodlands that circle the property ensure maximum privacy and a closeness with nature. The interior is in a rustic style. Outside, the guests can enjoy a private garden and a beautiful swimming pool with a great view and wooden solarium furnished with tables and chairs. Beside the swimming pool there is also a hot tub to enjoy.
This is an ideal set-up for those looking to spend a holiday in absolute tranquility.
The house is accessed via a stretch of roughly 4km of dirt road which is not adapted to low-lying/sports cars.
