"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "

"Beautiful winery, hotel and restaurant in great location close to Montepulciano, yet away from the crowds. Lovely staff, food, wine experience and premises. Rooms are elegant, large and quite well furnished with everything. The pool is a big plus after a day of meandering in the heat. Highly recommend."

"We had a blast, and the proprietors were fantastic. They had plenty of local knowledge and seemed to have a real passion for what they do. Plus the venue is wonderful, and they have the best patio with views of the Tuscan hills. Would recommend, and would stay again."

"Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects."
