"The description does not do it justice. The We plan to go back. Iacopo is a gem. He was so responsive. He helped prepare our meal as part of our cooking class, and he gave a great tour of the winery. Be sure to get up and visit the church at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday. It is worth it."

"In lieu of a wedding, we rented the castle for a long weekend family vacation. It was incredible! We had 14 people and all fit comfortably in the rooms. There are many common spaces. "We loved our very private three bedroom + three bath, two story apartment in this historic castle. It is spacious, beautifully furnished. And it has its own tower. "A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
