    This property was perfect in every sense. A wonderful welcome from the owners, and they are always on hand to provide you with any help you need. It's a peaceful location, yet well located to any amenities you need and ideally located to travel to Florence within 30 minutes by car or train, and easy to travel to all other sites in Tuscany. Plenty of excellent local restaurants either in donnini or a 10 minute drive. The villa its self was clean, very well equipped and beautifully presented. Comes with air conditioning, but this was not needed even in 35 degree heat as the villa was very cool. Swimming pool area was cleaned daily and very well presented, and you have amazing views of the country side and local village from the pool area. The grounds were also beautiful. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way and was exceptional value. Would not hesitate return.…

    Hotel showed on the website that check in is possible till midnight. We showed up 10 min before midnight and no one was there neither answered the door bell or the phone. After contacting hotels.com and their attempt to reach the property without any success hotels.com relocated us. The whole thing took around 1,5 hours so we went to bed close at 2 in the morning. …

    A Panoramic Tuscan Luxury - Villa Maria in Fronzano
    Amazing Experience…

    We had a great experience. There were 6 couples and the villa never seemed fully occupied. The setting was surreal looking out to the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. Tomaso was there for our every need. He provided rides to and from the train for some, took us for a tour of his family's olive farm, and became part of our family of friends. Donato prepared 3 of our dinners for the week's stay and each meal was delicious and perfectly prepared. Not having to cook or go out in the evening was a real treat. Side trips to Florence, Sienna ,San Gimignano, and area wineries were most accessible. Hiking trails were right out back. The walk into town for essentials was only a few minutes out the gate. The group all highly recommend Villa Maria as the perfect way to connect to the essence of Tuscan life.…
