The hotel is very charming. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. It is right by the Ponte Vecchio and close to everything. The staff are super helpful. They helped me to make dinner reservation, call taxis, and carry the luggage. The only drawback was there was a space behind and one night there was a church event there. Afterwards the people cleaning the place made loud noises such as metal banging well into the midnight.

Staff were very friendly and you could actually have a conversation with them ( made you feel welcome). Hotel was clean and had character ( nice high ceilings and a great old fashioned lift). Breakfast was good and roof patio terrace was nice to relax out in the evening. Close to the train station

Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/ toiletries/shoes etc

"A experiência toda foi ruim, mas o pior foi ter os equipamentos do quarto com defeito e a janela não ter proteção maior contra o som da rua, pois o barulho dos carros e trem atrapalha muito."
