"The property itself was beautiful and we really loved using the pools. They were gorgeous. My only complaint was that the bathroom is so small and everything is squished together. The bidet basically touches your knees while you’re sitting on the toilet."
"Beautiful apartments and grounds with lovely views, Every one was very helpful and friendly. breakfast was very good, wish we could have stayed longer."
"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "
"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...
"This place was awesome.
I travel a lot and this place was just a hidden gem.
I am scared to give give it five stars because everyone will start discovering and I want to book for next fall or spring.
The breakfast was excellent. Only 8 rooms. Overlooks Florence. The hosts were so nice. The host recommend a restaurant for in a small Villiage the first night. The steak Florentino in the village blew the steak in Florence away.
We went for a quick weekend trip to watch MotoGP race. After...
"Second stay at this property but got a 3 bed 2 bath cabin this time. Happy with most things could have had more housekeeping for a ten day stay. Great base to explore Tuscany excellent bar especially the staff as well as a nice restaurant "
"We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"

"This was the perfect relaxing end to our trip! It's a cozy cottage on a quiet road just up the mountain from Reggello. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful."
Villa in Toscana - Reggello con Piscina, Wi-Fi, Giardini.
10/10 Excellent
"Eduardo’s property was perfect for our family of 5’s stay for 4 days in the Tuscany region. We had access to the entire compound, including olive tree grove, grape vines, and countless other vegetation. The pool was cleanly and a great amenity for our use during our stay. For our stay, it was the ideal setup for space, amenities, and cost. The town is located approximately 45 minutes to Florence, hour to Siena and surrounding vineyards, and 5-10 minutes from the local town. We would recommend renting a car if staying at this property due the proximity from the main cities and other attractions. "
"Travel advisor since 1981, traveled around the world. By far, the best Villa/home experience.
Gorgeous property !! Every room in Villa is equally superb. En-suite bathrooms in all. Think old world villa vibe with enhancements of a new build.
Serene property & excellent staff. "
