Fantastic location right on the seafront. Easy parking, friendly staff. Restaurant is pleasant, food is average but reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable- furniture is slightly tired. Tip - sea view rooms have a wonderful view

Very happy with our stay at this hotel , this was our third time staying at Kingscliff and we intend on returning there again at some point . We certainly have nothing to complain about with the cleanliness of the hotel or the staff , all very welcoming and the service is good

Stayed in room 7. This room is meant to be an accessible room which is most definitely is not. It is very small with very little space around the bed. I had difficulty with my rollator and it would be impossible with a wheelchair. There is a step up into the shower and the shower is extremely slippery when wet and no grab handles. Room 7 backs on to a car park which is used by both hotel guests and the public. Therefore very noisy with people standing around talking late at night/early morning. Extractor fans from kitchen make a horrendous noise. Refuse bins emptied on Tuesdays. Glass skips 6.30am. General refuse at 7am and yet another collection at 7.15am all of which was extremely noisy. General staff moving bins outside room 7 window again early morning.

Glad I booked here !

Stay was very comfortable , the hotel is very relaxing with great staff, delicious food in a very nice bar, restaurant and accomodation set up. Very easy access to the wonderful promenade and beach . Will stay again .
