We are pleased to offer to the market this beautiful family home situated on the highly sought after Haven Avenue. The property is less than a minute walk to Holland on sea beach front and is truly a desirable place to stay.
Truly great place to relax, settle in and have a walk around town and areas beautiful beaches.
You can walk to near by bigger town, Clacton on sea, on a sidewalk while a continuous beach will be all the way on your left. Clacton on sea has great places to eat or sit down and enjoy the views.
Also has a fun fair, so also a great time to spend with kids.
