"This is the most beautiful place on earth. A warm welcome from Annabelle - lovely to see her again and stay in her peaceful farmhouse. The garden was in full bloom. My daughter (15) said she feels so at home here."

"We enjoyed our stay at Two Bridges. The hotel room was clean and had a rather spacious bathroom. The property is well maintained and outside seating areas are great for sunny days. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the restaurant. We can recommend this traditional hotel and would gladly come back in the future."

"Peaceful & comfortable, we were sad to leave. Hand soaps,toilet rolls & cleaning materials provided. Along with other essentials.Beds were comfortable ( bedding & towels provided)Enjoyed the Alpacas in the field opposite, & rabbits & sheep. All the ponies were very friendly. Local pub food was very tasty & delicious. Widdecombe well worth a visit. Enjoyed walking to see the Tours. Scenery was stunning. All in all an excellent stay.Communication with owner was excellent. Accommodation was easily accessible with directions given."

"Perfect weekend getaway, we walked the new biodiversity trial which was fab, saw loads of wildlife and bluebells in full swing. House was great and hot tub a bonus over looking the moors "

"Comfortable, warm and clean. Good size bedrooms, nice kitchen area and cosy lounge with a fire. Good location - nice walks right out the door or a short drive away. We've enjoyed two stays here and would recommend. Only downside is the front door leads straight onto a road, so be cautious with dogs or kids when leaving. "
Fisherman's Cottage - The Nook

"A very comfortable converted cowshed. The friendly onsite owner was happy to show me how to put the heating on ( it's set to go off after breakfast and on at teatime. One thing on arrival is that the difficult turn into the property is not named as Fisherman's Nook, so you need to hope you are right!"
