"What looked like a great start because we were allowed an early check in, turned upside down when the room assigned had out of order air condition and fridge. Instead of being transfered to another room, a technician was sent to reset both equipments but after one hour they were still not working. We called several times without nobody picking up at front desk. We came down to be assigned a new room but front desk didn't offered any concerned apology or compensation, must likely the lady looked bothered. In the morning breakfast was another disaster: all the the trays for fruits, eggs and bacon were empty and remained empty during a long wait so we decided to leave on empty stomach. When I mentioned it at check out the answer was: "we had too many guests". Staff didn't show any respect for customer, we felt misstreated and disaponted at a brand that we expected to stand by its reputation. "

"I booked and paid for a king room but they gave me a double queen room. Said the hotel changed it and there was nothing I could do about it. "

"Breakfast on second day was leftovers and cold, elevator floor was never swept curtains in Room were shredded,too few towel and wash clothes were not clean . "

"An extra charge was added to my credit card with no knowledge about the charge until I called the front desk at the hotel to inquire. I was told that an alarm clock was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior! So maybe someone else took the alarm clock and blamed me?????An additional charge was unexpectedly added to my credit card without my prior knowledge. I discovered this when I called the hotel’s front desk to inquire about the charge. The representative informed me that an alarm clock had been missing from my room, as if I had taken it. This was an unacceptable practice by the hotel management, and it demonstrated a lack of transparency and honesty. It’s possible that someone else may have taken the alarm clock and falsely attributed the charge to me."

"The beds were comfortable. Room overall was clean but there was a lot of trash and candy wrappers behind the nightstand on the floor (saw this when we moved the nightstand to plug something in) and there was some trash on the floor behind the toilet. We went to use the hot tub and the water was not hot. We reported and was told maintenance would fix it but they were not there. Also, reported lose faucet on bathroom sink after day 1 of our 4 night stay and was told again maintenance would fix it and they never did. There is a sign on the mirror that say no room service unless requested however for long stays the room would be serviced after night 3. On the morning after night 3 we told the front desk we only needed clean towels and trash to be emptied. She told us we would need to bring the towels to the desk to be exchanged for clean ones. We are not high maintenance but it seemed like every time we told the front desk about something, nobody offered to help. The only friendly person we really met was the attendant the night we checked in and the gentlemen that tended the breakfast area in the mornings. Also, one of the sprinklers in the ceiling must have had an opening in the ceiling around it and the opening was filled with toilet paper that was hanging down. Not sure we will stay at this property for future visits. "

"Older hotel! Needs an upgrade! Location was excellent on the marsh and had easy access. Staff was friendly and treated people well. "

"The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again. "
