"Check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated in such an adorable fashion! There was a private back deck with a picnic table that opened up to a field with trees in the distance. It's located near some beautiful parks and waterfalls and close to Helen. The Dugout restaurant is attached to the lodge and offers a discount for those staying at the lodge. The lodge owners are friendly and easily accessible for assistance. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway!"

"We had a nice one night stay here in Helen. The property is in walking distance of everything in town, so it was good option. The property is a bit old on the outside, but the interiors have been remodeled over the years. It was nice big room for the two of us. The remodel looked good at a distance, but was a bit off up close (the tub faucet wasn't caulked properly). Breakfasts only warm options were items to micorwave yourself, so, so. All in all we would stay again for the location (right across the street from the mountain coaster), cleanliness and quiet night."

"They've been updating the property into more of a resort and it's looking great. We were there on Halloween night and they had activities in the courtyard area, music s'mores - a very relaxing evening. Accommodations were updated and the bed very comfortable. Probably my first on the checklist is a good bed."
