"The rooms was clean and simple, had to get cups from the front desk at check in, which they offered. Did not realize that the body wash and hair conditioner in the shower was empty until I was in the shower, bad timing, they were large enough bottles, so someone missed filling them."

"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees."

"The Hilton was working on renovating their hotel. So the lobby was gutted. Check in was not difficult, but getting to our room was a bit out of the way. We are sure that the hotel will look grand when its all done. "
