No issues really at all. Clean facility, clean room and a comfy bed to sleep in for the night. Breakfast is simplified with easy choices. Staff very friendly and helpful even though my arrival was later than expected. Only issue was the battery needed to be changed on the room card reader and the manager had to come manually let me in. This was not really a big issue as I just stayed the night and also went straight to bed and didn’t leave the room. If someone was staying for multiple days or needed to leave the room, could be an issue. Overall, efficient stay at the lowest price in town.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The sheets were clean but thread worn. Direct tv was having issues. I would recommend this as a place to stay in a need to get a night's rest then head out to your next destination.

The motel was just average, but when you look at the town of Clayton, NM, you can see why. The town is very small (like 1 stop light), so that says it all. Still, I was happy that I stayed there. The room was clean, the bathroom was larger than usual rooms that size, and it was quiet. I recommend it as I would stay there again.

Safe area. Nice town. Pretty clean rooms. People next door were very obnoxious and people in the hallway. Had to sleep with the TV on loud to drain out the noise.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, however the hair dryer did not work and the tub surround needs attention. Not up to par for the price.

Only thing even good was the very nice and friendly lady that checked us in. Room was clean but not maintained. Breakfast was a joke. No juice, no coffee, no food except cereal or stand in line to make waffles. Didn’t do that because parents were trying to feed their kids something. The lights were not even on in the lobby, where the food also happened to be. No morning attendant on duty. Which was posted. No attendant available until 2:00pm to 2:00am. Pretty pitiful.

I was worried based on the previous reviews. But my experience was very good. The check in was great. I was asked about my room preference. This is very convenient. It is an older property so there were some maintenance issues but nothing that was horrible. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The only complaint is there was no coffee at breakfast. The coffee maker was in the room. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall I would stay there again.

There is not much around the hotel as it is on the way out of town, but the Mexican place across the parking lot serves up good food (more than I could eat). It is a place to get a shower & bed before moving on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at the Super 8 was about what I expected for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, which made it a decent value. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water for showers, which I appreciated. Breakfast was simple—just waffles—but they were tasty and satisfying enough to start the day. Overall, nothing fancy but a solid, budget-friendly stay.
