Enjoy the peace and quiet in Scaly Mountain with close proximity to Sky Valley (golf course just two miles away), Dillard, Ga, Clayton, Ga , Franklin NC and Highlands NC.
Full disclosure; our property is on a short gravel road so 4x4 is preferred but not necessary. While it’s in close proximity to a lot going on, it’s still “away from it all” if/when you choose that. That’s what we love about it… you can have both! We encourage month/ multi month long-term tenants at $2600 per month with WiFi and all utilities included. -One small dog maximum is permitted (with permission) , adding a $200 minimum fee (w same monthly charge for longer term guests).
