First impressions were okay I’m very quiet place . When checking in the lady behind the desk informed us that she lost the key to the room that we was allocated and move me and and my partner to a room to a different room. We went into the room and very quickly I noticed that the door was already open, as going in we tried to lock the door behind us and the bowel in the door lock was jammed meaningless of security risk. Went back to the reception and told her the situation to then give us a a new room a couple of doors down. As we opened the new room, we was very cautious about what happened in the other room so we checked the door to then our surprise we couldn’t open the door and found that the door was shut tight because of fresh paint that had been me and my partner had to physically pull the door to open the door so we could go back to reception and complain yet again about another problem that we had . I think all in all we had three room changes in the space of half an hour.
I asked the lady behind the reception if had a maintenance person on site and they said no and by the looks she was the only person on Shift that night as she was running the bar and the restaurant as well .
There’s two doors in the reception that has been banging all night. I’ve got woken up at 1 o’clock in the morning by people banging the doors . I’ll come here to have a night away so then go home and have to have a nap because of the unsettled night I had here.

"On check I was given a room on the first floor, I entered the room and it had not been made up. Back to reception and after a lot of checking available rooms, I was given one on the third floor. There is no lift, so three flights was not much fun.There is no restaurant and no bar."

"Room ok shower curtain in bathroom was real dirty,can hear through the walls in bedroom work men’s alarms going off at 6am, there was no food. If you wanted a drink in the bar in the evening you had to go ask the receptionist to serve you, think we were the only couple in the hotel apart from work ..."
