"Very easy self check in, all details needed are emailed to you on the morning of arrival. Room very clean, staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. Good location, just a short walk to the front and pier. Breakfast was great, cereal, continental or cooked breakfast. The only downside was the shower pressure was a little low. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cleethorpes "

"Midweek this hotel is a magnet for workers. There are some excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the breakfast is cracking."

"Parking was very good, room was lovely just at the back of dovedale nice and quiet, lovely room and bathroom was lovely, nice white towels. The only fault i had was the pillows was lumpy and pillow cases didnt fit property, had a lovely stay at the dolphin."

"Got to the property and found someone living there and it wasn't the host. Couldn't get in touch with the supposed host. Contacted vrbo who were as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. Had to then urgently find other accommodation which thankfully we did through a reliable source. Booking. Com. Had contacted vrbo two days before the booking to raise concerns and was told everything was fine and i shouldn't worry. Overall experience was horrendous. Even getting my money back was an absolute nightmare. Be warned folks "
