This caravan site actually care about you as a customer from the mini tire arrived to the mini I left I actually felt cared for the caravan was a luxury caravan which is exactly what I booked. I had a fabulous week. Really enjoyed it even with a little mixup that I made they resolved it straight away which was great. The staff lovely to talk to and really friendly would highly recommend and have rebooked again for March everyone was just fantastic

Very clean site and our caravan was also spotless and in a good position close to the amenities. However, apart from Buckets pub on site and The Trawlerman pub opposite, there isn't really anywhere else close by to eat and drink unless you take the car. But both bars served good food. Staff at Cleethorpes Pearl were all really nice, friendly and helpful and there are loads of play areas for the kids, as well as the pool. Not sure we'd stay again as we weren't impressed with Cleethorpes itself but for families looking for a relatively cheap getaway this site has it all.

Lovely place the caravan was nice an clean very spaciousyou need to take your own towels and hair dryer not a problem. Staff was helpful. Prices on drink and food not bad .Make sure you ask for wi-fi not all caravans have this i just used my hot spot of my phone .Lovely stay bed where clean and comfortable we deff use this site again .

Nice break

stayed at the pearl caravan park. The park was well maintained. The outdoor pool/lido was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Good base for a stay in Cleethorpes.

Comfortable stay

Guest service staff excellent. Kingfisher caravans very close to all amenities. K19 doesn't have WiFi. Easy access for lots of other things to do in the area. Good family holiday resort.

Slightly disappointed, being a luxury caravan having to inform office due to caravan not as clean as expected. But dealt with very quickly. Light not working in hot tub. But hot tub was wonderful. Used a couple of times a day. 3 night stay so well used. Nice relaxing vacation.

Great caravans in a great location

Great place and great price as stayed before. We had a comfort caravan through hotels.com and did not book direct with the caravan park. 4 days before I was called and reminded of my booking and I asked if linen and towels were included. I was told that were but when we arrived there were no towels. I did ask at guest services and was told they were not included as I did not book direct. Luckily enough I know the area so just bought a couple of bath towels from Tesco. We did not use the facilities at all as we were visiting family but did have a swim in the pool on a cold day, which was nice as the pool is heated. The park is great and will be staying again.

Great base for visiting family. Easy for them to come back and forth, as plenty of room and very spacious. Far better than what we had imagined. It was spotless and well equipped. Large TV in living area, and master bedroom and small TV in the kids bedroom. 2 x bathrooms, the en-suite had full size bath and over shower, sink and toilet. With the second bathroom having shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen had plenty of cupboard space, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils, glasses, pans etc.. also had a little welcome pack with washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and bin bags. In the fridge was a milk and bottle of juice (thank u, they were most welcome). Bedding was provided for all beds, but no towels, so you need to take these yourself which we did, but missed a towel/ bath mat when we got out of the shower in the en-suite as the floor was wet and slippery, so pack an extra one for the floor. Overall it was great! Would recommend and will definitely be booking again! We stayed late November so was out of season, and shops, clubhouse etc not open on site but bar was.

Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! Extremely tidy, spacious and we LOVED the little walk in wardrobe. No WiFi at the caravan, but phone signal was perfectly fine. Free WiFi at the bar though. Drinks and food were typically heightened in price, but nothing too extortionate. Brilliant for kids, entertainment is ok. Tiresome for adults, but for young children it is exactly the right amount of ‘annoying’ hahah! Overall a lovely stay. We would say the only problem we had, was anyone could just walk/drive in or out the park. There were no barriers to stop strangers going in, and the ‘security’ box was never occupied lol. That’s pretty much the only thing we could knock it for! I will say though, apart from the 2 parks and pool in the daytime there isn’t anything really to do for the kids. Only from 6pm there comes the ‘kids show’ in the showbar. So for any arcades etc you do have to be able to travel down to the seafront. (6 mins in a car, 30-45 min walk or 15 min bus journey to the main arcade strip where the pier and beach are) something to bare in mind x

Overall very good. Friendly staff, small issues with caravan sorted very quickly. Some smell in the bedrooms, wet dogs maybe. Pool is great, but more adult-only time would be nice

This was my 1st time at pearl an I thought it was really welcoming the staff was real nice an helpfull the caravan was really good size loads room so quite on a nite . The swimming was good cold but good entertainment was good loved the music n won on the bingo. Only down fall was Thier was no big sweeping brush or hoover to clean an with me having bad legs it was hard to sweep the floors with the little hand brush an shovel other then that we enjoyed our stay will come back again 😀
