• Remove all trash/debris from the unit. Empty trash bags in the green dumpster located on the main property road Village Road to prevent insect/rodent infestation.
• Be sure to shut off the stove, turn air conditioner up to 74 degrees and turn off lights.;Please wash any dirty dishes and put away prior to leaving
• Our Housekeepers will launder the linens AFTER your departure. It is NOT necessary to make up the beds when leaving the unit. There is a small washer and dryer provided for daily use if needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This condo was perfect for my brother and I to visit family. The host thought of everything, the place was clean and charming. We had to communicate with her when we first got there and she responded immediately with resolution. The pool and neighborhood amenities were great too.
