Our location is quiet and peaceful located in the countryside. We are located on the newly paved Schofield Road, with less than 1-mile of dirt road now on Cook Road. The unit is on well water, with water softening and filtration installed.

There are several team members around the property daily, and other family members that live onsite. The host is also always available.

Feel free to navigate to the shoreline, or down to the Watersports Complex site, and beach. Please steer clear of other residential structures, unless invited.

Our "neighborhood" is an old family estate, owned by the Violette Family for over 50 years. Multiple homes on the estate include permanent family residences.

Our property includes Clermont Watersports Complex offering a variety of watersports activities. We are surrounded by orange groves, and old rural Florida. The site has beautiful sunsets and sunrises, and an abundance of nature.

Guests will have full access of the apartment, access to the waterfront, and its facilities located at CWC.

Additional activity waivers and fees apply for equipment rentals, and lessons/activities. 15% Discount on all onsite activities when staying with us.

The apartment includes 1,100 sq ft, configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and can sleep a family of 4 comfortably with a convertible queen bed in the living space. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. Full private washer/dryer is included. New outdoor grill is available as well. New water treatment system recently added.

The master includes a king size bed facing Sawgrass Lake, and includes a 50" smart TV.

Our estate is located in a rural area just outside Disney property, and is located down a 3-mile clay dirt road. A vehicle is recommended, however ride sharing, including Uber is available in the area.

We are located in the country. Our property is fully secluded, located 1 mile down a clay road in South Lake County. Major highway systems are nearby, and an abundance of shopping is available within a 15-min drive.

We highly recommend you plan your trips to town, and make sure you shop before check-in/arrival.
