We loved how the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The toilet was a little strange. It worked fine but was very minimalistic and looked like a compost toilet. The shower was very nice. The turn on and off knob was across from the water, so you didn't have to get hit with cold water. The beds were comfortable but the curtains didn't close all the way so sun would shine through. We were very happy with our visit.

Great service all around especially the breakfast staff. Bar cocktails were not up to normal AC standards and this one does not have a rooftop bar like most others.

Like: Upscale hotel located in a nice upscale area. Plenty of restaurants and various shopping places to choose from. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Dislike: The rooms did not have wall-to-wall carpet. The bathroom is designed like a Holiday Inn where the bathroom is not separated from the sleeping quarters.

Not great.

The check-in was "ok". The individual that checked me in seemed irritated to have to help me. Also, I've stayed at this location several times over the past few years, and it seems the overall cleanliness of the rooms has deteriorated. Empty lotion bottles on the floor, dust on the table in the bathroom. Neither of which is a huge deal, but you never saw this in the past. What changed?? Also, the shower gel container was empty. I get it that it is probably more economical for you to use the big refillable bottles, but they are pretty gross and the scent is awful (sorry).
