The room was great. The hot tub was not working so just the pool was available. The pool was really cold.. so it wasn't used very much.. one of the only reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well designed and maintained, and everything was clean and in its proper place. We loved our stay and slept very well. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with many restaurants and retail stores nearby.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. my friend and I had a wonderful time at this location. The breakfast was wonderful. The area was clean. The food was the appropriate temperature. The staff was responsive and very helpful. I don’t think I saw found on the face of any other workers.
