This loft has been completely renovated and is perfect for smaller groups of 3 or less. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities that you'll need during your stay.
*Perfect Location close to all major highways
*Only 6 miles from Downtown, Cleveland (12 mins)
*Near all Cleveland's main attractions
*Close to Cleveland Clinic
*Pets are welcome
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries
4. Please wash any dishes, cups, pots and pans and put them away
5. Clean and wash coffee pot and filter.
6. Please mop or sweep any spills
7. NO SMOKING indoors.
8. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
9. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability. For each extra hour requested, there is a $25.00 fee. No requests less than 24 hours prior.

just enough

It was a nice loft area, the bathroom helps split up the space so it feels a little bigger. It was great for my needs, I just needed a place to crash while I was in town spending the majority of my time out and about with friends. It was an older property and you could tell; creaky floors with some gaps, not the best water pressure in the shower, etc.

Poor Communication & Overcharge

I had to cancel my trip due to covid. Reviewing my credit card statement it appears I got charged for 100% of the cost- including a refundable damage deposit. When I inquired about the cost with the owner, they did not reply. Very disappointed

Une arnaque : nous avons payé 1000 $CAN et nous avons dû partir au bout de deux nuits. Scandaleux! Vous ne devriez pas héberger cette agence.

Cute quirky loft

I enjoyed my stay at the loft. It's exactly as listed and had everything I needed. It took a little bit of time for the water to warm up but it did. My only issue is MY issue because I overpack/prepare for these vacations and I had to make 5 trips up a lot of stairs to bring everything up. The train didn't even bother me at all. Management was very prompt with responses to any questions.
