Clean and everything worked. The shower was lovely, fierce and hot, however you couldn't move the head and it was angled such that it drenched the rest of the bathroom. But staff very nice indeed and bar and restaurant very good. Comfy bed and good telly. Wifi worked very well.

The room was clean and comfortable although had a slightly musty smell and was very cold until we worked out the heating. Amenities in the room were reasonable for their age. Staff were friendly and snacks being available in reception (drinks, crisps & fruit) was much appreciated.

The hotel was nice. What made it memorable was the staff. Specifically, Tanvi, Janice, Lanita and Dhanvi. The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day. We stayed in this hotel for a week, and everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. 5 Star Staff!! Thank you for your gracious hospitality!!

The hotel was nice. The room were clean and the lobby was clean. On the surface I would stay here again. But we did have some items get taken from our room. We talked to the front desk staff several times about it on different days and they didn't do anything. They did not follow up with us about the matter. They seemed to really not care about it. Which was very off putting.

We got a good deal at this well-located hotel. My room - a single - was small but had everything I needed and was very comfortable for my stay. The staff I encountered were lovely and we enjoyed a nightcap in the lovely bar. Thanks for a great stay.
