The rooms are very small but they are so perfectly designed for efficiency that they are comfortable. The high tech features in the room make the limited space very usable, and the modern design makes the room feel high end.

The room was clean enough but it felt like a prison cell. I understand the concept having stayed at a CitizenM, but alt least CitizenM had personality. The room was dingy and wallpaper was peeling. There was rarely any staff in the lobby. They don’t have coffee makers I they rooms but it’s free 24/7 in the lobby. It would be helpful if they provided take away cups since you otherwise have to carry and open mug of coffee back up to your room. I am shocked at how high the reviews were, the people who stayed there have clearly low expectations. The one good thing was the location very close to the Tower and easy transport.

Fantastic stay. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Fabulous location. Only thing was the room we choose was a little small for two. Will go the larger option next time.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage! U-Bahn in der Nähe das in London sehr praktisch ist! Frühstück ist wirklich nur Continental keine Wurst oder sonstiges! Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Die Zimmer zweckmäßig wurde nur leider nicht gereinigt auch wie ich es vormittags angesprochen hab ! Hotel ist ok würde es aber nicht mehr buchen!

Soweit war alles bestens. Auf Nachfrage, haben wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster bekommen. Gereinigt wird nur auf Ansage. Mülleimer gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ein Katzensprung vom Tower entfernt und es sind fussläufig ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Frühstück ist eher Sweet breakfast. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
