"Nice rooms, terrible service. The front desk was never staffed. Check in time is 3pm and no one was there to check us in. We had to wait over an hour along with other guests waiting to check in. Breakfast was awful, the milk was sour. No staff available to check us out either. Stay elsewhere, not worth the hassle as they are clearly very understaffed or poorly managed."
"This hotel was wonderful. The room was newly remodeled. Was very clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful.
The free breakfast was not the typical free breakfast. No dried fake scrambled eggs and a possible protein source made to look like a sausage.
This breakfast had cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, hard cooked eggs, trail mix and fruit. The morning we were there the fruit was fresh blueberries.
Definitely would stay again."
"I had a screw-up with Hotels.com and was double booked for a one-night stay. I wasn’t able to cancel one of the reservations nor was I able to receive a refund. That being said, the ladies at the Badlands Hotel worked with me in this situation. I ended up staying an extra night and they kept me in the same room. They were so gracious and helpful. It all worked out and I got to explore the Badlands at a meandering pace. Five stars to the staff of Badlands Hotel and Campground. And the facilities have laundry which is great."
"the interior was nice the bathroom large with great water pressure. It is near the freeway but the windows and walls are well insulated. Had to share a picnic table with cabin next door."
"Our stay at the Hansen Inn and cabins was perfect. The hotel is very clean and decorated very nice. The owner was very nice and helpful. The Hansen is in a great location and you can walk to many things. The location to the Badlands was great too. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for a bit too. Very happy we picked this hotel to stay at while in Wall."
