"Seems that there is only one person taking care of the whole cabin complex with no front desk and the office is always locked. If a customer needs service, texting is the only way to get some attention. If that one-and-only staff is away, the customer will need to wait until she comes back many hours later. Only one-day coffee supply was given and there was no coffee replacement on the second day even with the staff coming in to take out the trash in the morning. I texted to ask for coffee supply in the afternoon and waited until 11pm to get it. I think the management should have more manpower in taking care of the whole complex."

"This place and staff are great. The rooms could use a shelf with hangers and/or hooks, towel ring/bar for hand towels and towel bars in the tub room - little conveniences that go a long way. All, in all, nice, clean and comfortable."
