"After traveling in Europe (with its unique charm but air conditioning and soft bed pillows are not part of that charm), we were pleased to find a room with air conditioning and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also availed ourselves of the the hotel shuttle that conveniently transported us to the airport in a timely fashion. Staff were also courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We ordered drinks from the bar and the bartender was polite and accommodating, but the drinks (a gin martini and gin & tonic) tasted nothing like what we ordered. It’s hard to imagine how to make a gin & tonic incorrectly, but clearly the drink had no tonic water…perhaps they substituted club soda?? The worst drinks we’ve ever had. Someone needs to educate the bartenders."

"The property itself was in good condition, the staff as for front desk and front of the house great the cleanliness of the room was halfass,lots of dust, and dirt from windowsill, to the bathroom sink and floor and appliances, without that issue, cool place, tighten up on your maid service"

"The staff was great very helpful and informative. But as far as my stay overall poor there is no free continental breakfast, they charge a 25% service charge at the bar. The room I expected all features to work they caught my eye and it wasn’t….stains on the carpet, couch and tables, even the main counter had a big crack in it barely repaired and noticeable. The bathroom shower had low pressure and the room had half a roll of toilet paper and no extras, no refrigerator no smart tv felt like I was living in a 90s apartment . They had construction on the 6th floor I was staying which had a mess in the hallway and held the elevators up. For the price I paid for this stay I was robbed of my experience to add insult $173 in parking fees to a 3rd party service attached to the property makes no sense at all. I would not recommend or stay here again. Positive take away dry cleaning service and rooftop bar !"
