Minor irritations not expected at the room price slightly diminished an otherwise excellent experience of spacious room, relaxing decor, great bed, great storage, surprisingly quiet given location, friendly helpful staff.
I found inconsistent room service- hair conditioner was empty the whole stay. Soap not replaced.
Some nights turn down performed, other nights not.
Ridiculous pricing of in room supplies.
A little more attention to detain and consistency would elevate an overall excellent experience.

EVERYONE was so nice, accommodating and helpful! Check in was easy! Room was spacious and just like the picture. Clean rooms, great food and nice bar, too! Room service was yummy and fast. No complaints at all.

The young female who checked me in was very nice. Was there for a week. Had little ants, maintenance said would need to move to exterminate as it takes 24 hours so i chose to stay. They gave me a spray which helped kill the ants then they could take care of it once i check out. New management so ...
