"Self checking process. Room was over all clean. We did clean the fan before turning it on. It is in a quieter place in town and allowed us to sleep even with the windows open. This was very needed after the last hotel. Walking distance to the square. Staff was responsive and communicated before and during our trip if we had any questions. We would stay again."
Galway Bay Hotel

"Good location in Galway to experience the sea views and bay. The hotel itself is a little tired, but reasonably clean. The staff in the restaurants and lounge are exceptional! This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit. About a 30 minute walk to old town Galway."

"Room was nice and tidy. Had an issue with the shower head. It kept moving and spraying all over. Soaked the floor. There were some signs of mold in the grout, but overall good for one night. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices."
