This little condo is a very sweet rental in the Lincoln National Forest. We were there to visit White Sands National Park and the mountains were a refreshing respite from the dust, heat, and traffic of Alamogordo. We loved the location. The hosts communicate very well and are very responsive. There was a community wide power outage white we were there and the hosts were very proactive about communicating with us. The area is like a small ski resort town so there are food and coffee locations within walking distance. The condo is decorated very tastefully. The condo itself has a few quirks (we were constantly out of forks, the stairs going to the bedrooms on the second floor aren't all the same height, and the overhead lights downstairs flicker at times) but the beds were very comfortable.

** 5-Star Review**Our stay at this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, was wonderful! The location could not have been more convenient — right in the heart of town, yet peaceful and relaxing with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the charming mountain trails. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly appointed. Everything we needed was right there — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Check-in and check-out were easy. The instructions were clear and simple. Communication with the owner was exceptional — friendly, fast, and helpful. We will stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cloudcroft — a true gem!

The rooms were clean. The host was informative. Places to eat within walking distance. VBRO app was spotty so trying to contact host sometimes did not go through.our issue is with VBRO app where its states "app not available, try again later". This happened when we arrived to contact Lauren about the entry code. Other than that, a nice stay.

Nice location in Cloudcroft, and yes, walking distance to pretty much everything. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and the electric fireplace was very much enjoyed when it got down in the 40's overnight! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
