You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Mountain Cabin walking distance to Park and Brewery. Level off street parking.

Located in the Village of Cloudcroft. Within walking distance of Buro Street, Cloudcroft Brewery, Zenith Park and Mad Jacks. 3 miles to Ski Cloudcroft. 4 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of level off street parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a trailer. No parking in the street or blocking the dumpster. That’s located across the street. Deck has a gas grill. No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin.No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. Daytime guests will be counted as guests. If you have family or friends that are camping, staying at another property etc. and need to do laundry, shower or visiting but aren’t staying the night. They count as guests, and will need to be added to the booking. If unbooked guests arrive your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Outdoor cameras in use. Including doorbell.Do not remove dishes from the property. If you’re going to prepare food for a family reunion etc. that’s being held at another location. Please bring your own dishes to do so. By booking you accept the homeowners policies. Breaking of any rules will result in your reservation being canceled without a refund.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Start a full load of towels or sheets. Laundry soap is provided. (Laundry soap not provided for personal use) Please don’t make beds that were slept in.

Wash all dishes and return to proper cabinet.

Outside. If grill was used please turn off gas and clean grill, put cover back on. Pickup all trash from lawn and deck. If deck furniture was moved please put back in its original spot.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Rental is for 6 guests. Guests 7-10 are $20 additional per night. After booking a 5% Village of CC Lodgers tax will be collected. Quiet time 10-8

If you arrive with extra unbooked guests. Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Outdoor cameras in use. No processing of animals.

No pets. If you arrive with a pet. $100 per night. No large coolers in cabin. 4 vehicle limit. Parking only in designated area. No cookers.No garage
