Hotel is in a good location but was not as sumptuous as I had hoped - car parking available at a daily charge - really old hotel that no doubt is difficult to maintain - but needs a little TLC at present

The house was spacious, warm, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It's very peaceful and there a number of great walks which can be reached from the doorstep. The town is a only couple of minutes away. A good base from which to explore the area without a car.

very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access ...
