we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational.
the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto the floor.

Our stay here was top notch! We were greeted by Rohan who couldn’t be more helpful. He was so welcoming and friendly. We were given a free drinks voucher to celebrate my birthday and our room was decorated with balloons and a lovely quality banner!
The room had everything we needed, nice collection of shower gel and lotions etc. the view was lovely and the bed was enormous!
Joy was another member of staff who went over and above. She was so friendly and professional, so kind. The cleanliness of the hotel is spot on! So fresh too with the new renovations! I would defo recommend this place! We will be back!
