"Having the option of early bird meal was great. All staff friendly \ helpful. Would be good to have a fridge in the rooms. Ceiling spot lights flickering. Bottle of water per person and pkt of biscuits per person aswell would be nice. Toilet seat was loose, needs immediate attention. Eggs for breakfast were tasteless and more choice of cold breakfast foods would be good. However I would come back and recommend. Thank you"

"I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. "Upon arrival there was a sign saying the pool, sauna and steam room were going to be out if order for half of my stay, this was not communicated at all and no compensation or adjustment made to the room rate to compensate especially being in mid to high 3 figures. "We have stayed here before several times but this time was really disappointing. We booked an accessible room but on arrival we were told this wasn't available and we were on the first floor. It was fortunate my operation for a knee replacement was postponed or I wouldn't have managed the stairs (no lift). The first floor room was stifling as it was during the ongoing heatwave. No fan provided. We went straight to get a cold drink (having driven 200 miles we were parched). Ordered the drinks...

"One night stay. Very friendly staff. Lovely village location with nice view of the Wye valley hillsides. Very reasonable pub standard evening meal, breakfast was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable with all the bits you would expect, kettle with tea and coffee, a nice bottle of sparkling water, TV, good quality soap and shower gel etc. Great value for a very reasonable price. Add in that they served a well kept pint of Tribute Ale."

"My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up."

"This is part of the Ramada Resort chain. It is situated off a main road with spread out buildings in picturesque grounds and decent parking close to the main building and reception. I had a really nice room with a fully functioning fan to offset the 30+ degree temperatures. I used the onsite fitness facility which was pretty well equipped for all my cardio and weights needs.
