"Perfect place for a bay getaway! Missy's cottage is clean, bright, and in a wonderful location for just chilling and watching the waves. The weather was blustery during our visit but it didn't dull our experience at all. Excellent communication and all of the amenities you could wish for.Thank you, Missy!!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The house and location were absolutely beautiful, and it was the perfect place for our family to spend the week. We loved being right on the water, fishing and crabbing from the pier, relaxing in the hot tub, and simply enjoying the property. The home had everything we needed, and we would absolutely stay here again.The only minor area for improvement was the cleanliness, as a few things could have used a little more attention from the cleaning crew.Overall, this was a fantastic experience! We made some wonderful family memories and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We hope to return someday!"

"We've been coming here for 3yrs now for our annual girlfriend getaway, and it has become one of our favorite traditions! This is the perfect place for a quiet girls' weekend... peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and right on the Potomac River. The setting is absolutely wonderful, and the home gives us the perfect space to slow down, catch up, and laugh, and enjoy time together. And the owner is truly wonderful. She is incredibly easy to communicate with, thoughtful, and always so accommodating. We can't wait to stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway on the Potomac!"

"This place was beyond what we expected. Right on the water with a nice deck. Rained some but that was ok because the whole side towards the water is sliding glass doors so you still could enjoy the view. Loved our stay and it was so relaxing. Hot tub is private but faces the water which was nice. We would love to go back in the future."

"This property is amazing. It is everything you would hope for as a waterfront on the northern neck. Traveling with young adults we enjoyed the spaces to lounge, the game room downstairs and of course the waterfront. Weather did not cooperate on our trip but there are kayaks and paddle boats to use. We caught fish off the dock and even a couple crabs in the rain!"

"My multigenerational family of 9 adults & 2 kids were thoroughly happy in this rental. The outside was surrounded by gorgeous water views and the inside had a large kitchen to cook all the crabs & fish we caught! There are multiple nooks to get comfy in to unwind solo as well as large areas to gather all together. Weβve rented many vacation homes and this was the first that customized the entry combination to the last 4 digits of my cellphone. Nice touch for those renters wondering who else has access. We recommend wholeheartedly!!!"
