"Our stay at this incredible vacation rental was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. Our host was prompt with instructions and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled.The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with all the essentials, making meal prep a breeze, especially when traveling with a large group. We appreciated the abundance of extra bedding and towels, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was top-notch, providing a cool oasis from the heat.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space, which featured an amazing grilling and cooking area. We spent hours cooking up a storm and enjoying quality time together. There is also a large fire pit adding to the magic.The game room was a fantastic addition, with a great selection of supplies that kept us entertained for hours. But the real pièce de résistance was the access to boats, canoes, and life jackets. We had a blast exploring the surrounding waters and enjoying the beautiful scenery.While we weren't as lucky with fishing, the area proved to be a crabbing paradise! We caught plenty of delicious crustaceans and enjoyed every bite.What really made our stay stand out, however, was our host's exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness. Whenever we had a question or need, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect."
"The water views are beyond picture-perfect. The owners clearly put great care into providing every amenity you could think of! The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and the views from inside are simply unbeatable. Step outside onto expansive decking, enjoy the fantastic hot tub, stroll down to the private beach, or relax by the dock - it’s all incredible. Brian and Clara were responsive, and were extra thoughtful with our welcome!We enjoyed every second of our trip - fishing, kayaking, swimming, sitting by the fire pit, and soaking in the hot tub. Honestly, though, I think our dog may have loved the water even more than we did! Missing the views already!"
"Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. Rhododaktylos, "The rosy-fingered dawn": I never understood the true meaning of that phrase until I saw that."

"We took my parents (86 and 88) for a three night stay and loved it. The house is clean, the owners provide lots of information, and access to the dock is easy (important for my dad who loves to fish but has mobility issues). But the pool was the most amazing part. During afternoons that were far too hot for us to spend time on the dock, we could lounge in the pool while enjoying wonderful views. And it felt secluded and quiet! We loved our stay and are grateful to be able to make memories for my mom and dad.."
