"This is the 2nd year Iβve rented this home on the Chesapeake, and Iβll definitely be back! Missy has thought of every comfort and convenience! The home is clean, spotless, bright and welcoming! The kitchen has all youβd ever need! The view is breathtaking; I was up every morning before sunrise to welcome the gorgeous day, and get out on the beach to see what the latest high tide brought in! The screened porch is my favorite viewing place, and this year Missy has added a deck in front of the screened porch which is wonderful! I really canβt recommend this perfect cottage too much!!!"

"We stayed from Friday to Monday. We did not have any service to the room. We asked a lady that was cleaning other rooms for more coffee and shampoo (empty container at the shower) amd she said it was not her room in her list. So, no towels, shampoo or coffee. Very disappointing. Other than that, it is a OK hotel."

"The location is fantastic but we had a little bit of difficulty finding it in the dark. Google Maps took us to the wrong house, but Apple Maps got us there just fine. The view is amazing and we enjoyed getting in the water. The outdoor shower is a plus and the house was comfortable. Remember to bring towels and bed linens and memorize the door code- we locked ourselves out! Great recommendations from the owner about restaurants and things to do. We also really appreciated that we could bring our dog with us. Thank you!"

"Great communication. Scenic , quiet spot. Unfortunately the small beach area shown in the pics is no longer there and we were really hoping to use that. Beautiful wildlife and only 100 yds from state park."

"Very cute and comfortable home with gorgeous views and a dock that we practically lived on. Our dog loved running around the yard fetching sticks. My daughter wants us to plan another trip at the same house soon!The owner was very responsive when I had to contact her about a little issue with the lock and everything was easily resolved. Overall, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay."

"My multigenerational family of 9 adults & 2 kids were thoroughly happy in this rental. The outside was surrounded by gorgeous water views and the inside had a large kitchen to cook all the crabs & fish we caught! There are multiple nooks to get comfy in to unwind solo as well as large areas to gather all together. Weβve rented many vacation homes and this was the first that customized the entry combination to the last 4 digits of my cellphone. Nice touch for those renters wondering who else has access. We recommend wholeheartedly!!!"

"Our week stay was so relaxing and fun. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, views from the deck (it's my new 'happy place'!), the wildlife - ospreys, eagles, and the dolphins in the mornings.Β The games and things to do were also incredibly fun.Β The place was very clean, as well as beautifully decorated.Β Loved the towels too!Β I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing non-hectic vacation on the water!Thank you, Monica, for providing us access to your home-away-from-home!Β 3"
