I liked the look of the property. We felt safe parking. Staff were all very professional and helpful. Csllin gave me a wonderful and relaxing Swedish spa at Serenity Spring. My two daughters and I called it our spa day st Serenity Springs, it included the sauna snd steam room which ee loved. The food was fresh and very good at the Buffet. Our room was clean with a good front view. I would definitely recommend ChuckChanci Gold Resort and Casino and the Spa to fiends and family. We saw the pool from a distance it looked inviting. I walked out of the Casino smelling like cigarettes. They need a better vent or something to clear out all that smoke. There was even cigarette smell in the hallways of non smoking rooms.. I didn’t like that I had to show my ID just be let up to my room, every single time I went up. Even my room key wasn’t enough to let me up, they had to have someone escort me up. Restaurants were good. Pool needs more maintenance because the water looked really dirty.
