"Very nice Houseboat and well appointed. We loved the rooftop deck and ability to hear the music from Lulu’s across the ICW from the marina. One issue with unloading and loading the vehicle was the pretty long walk to the boat from parking. There’s a roadway right down to the dock but guests are unable to access that road. We stayed 1 night and it was a very nice stay just a couple procedures which are unique to the boating world!Thank you!"
