"This property has great friendly service, excellent location, and it is well kept. We enjoy being on the beach and only steps away from getting a nice lunch or a snack by the pools and overlooking the beach. It is really a great place for big and small families to enjoy, as well as, couples on a weekend trip! Strongly recommend it."

"Our room was in need of updating and repair. Furniture was very worn and the mattress was uncomfortable. Hairdryer and some outlets didn't work. There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom wall. We were on the 12th floor and one of the elevators was down for more than 1 day. The staff at the breakfast buffet and at the coffee shop were very friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the food was very mediocre. The outdoor pool was not heated, and we could not enjoy it in March. The indoor pool was crowded, often with rambunctious older kids. The lifeguard/security did eventually clear the pool to make it more pleasant for all. The location of this hotel is great and it offers a lot of amenities for families. Hopefully the interior of the property will be updated so that the quality of stay better matches the price charged in the future. We will likely look for other options next trip."
