"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"Migliorerei solo la pulizia le lenzuola profumavano pulito e terra era pulitissimo anche il bagno comune di sotto poteva essere pulito più spesso. Idem per la piccola piscina che non invogliava l’ingresso. "This place is as advertised. We spent a week here and everything was as perfect as we could imagine. The host was available for anything we needed and the location was close to everything. We also enjoyed the company of Pixie (her dog)! The place was clean and we were greeted with fresh fruit and coconuts! We travel quite a bit and I would say this might be one of the best spots we have ever visited."

"If anything, the property was even better than the online description. We shared the bungalow with our teenage daughters and were quite comfortable. It was spotless on our arrival and was tastefully decorated. Our daughters even commented on how 'homey' it felt. The eating area and pool were both beautifully maintained. We were especially grateful for the care and attentiveness of the manager Leah who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was also very helpful with recommendations, including surfing lessons with Toro - probably the highlight of the trip for our daughters."

Unique luxury Ocean view villa steps from the beach

"This house is perfect. First and foremost- the view. It's actually better than the pictures show on VRBO. When we walked in, everyone ooo'd and ahhh'd, and it could NOT have been a better view to wake up to each day. The view alone is worth the price of admission. But also, the entire upstairs opens to let in the sound of the waves and the ocean breezes. Secondly, our host, Judit, was amazing. Always checking in and serving as a concierge. She arranged for surfing lessons, which were the highlight for all. She also had ATVs waiting for us at the house and arranged for shuttles to the Cobano airport. The ATVs are absolutely necessary because the house sits atop a very steep (not really walkable) hill, and at the bottom of the hill, there's at least a half-kilometer of unpaved, bumpy road till you get to a paved road in Santa Teresa. It's so bumpy that vehicles move at a snail's pace while ATVs and motorcycles zip by. Also, I didn't realize that the house would be cleaned each day. That's important, as anyone who's been on a beach vacation knows, a house can get really sandy, really FAST. At the end of our trip, I asked the family where we should go on our next vacation, and they said they wanted to do the exact same thing."
