"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"Helt ok. Fint design, men ikke særlig praktisk. Utrolig lytt på alle rom. Det er en stor åpning inn til badet på privatrom, som gjør at mange insekter og dyr kommer inn på rommet. Dorm har ikke aircondition, kun vifte. Frokost er helt ok, lite utvalg. Fin beliggenhet til playa hermosa, men veldig langt unna alt annet. Avhengig av taxi eller atv/bil for å kunne gjøre noe annet enn å være på Dreamsea / stranden. Veldig god soda rett i nærheten og en liten dagligvare - dog er denne dyrere enn...

"We had an amazing vacation! Adi helped us set up a wonderful private chef experience. Raphaelle assisted with arrangements to and from Cobano, reserving a buggy, and a sunset horseback ride. We also got massages from Nadia & Megan and I can’t recommend them enough - one of the best experiences. La Perla was a nice beach experience for us, as we typically stay up the mountain. We were greeted by abundant wildlife and noises. Absolutely beautiful."

"If anything, the property was even better than the online description. We shared the bungalow with our teenage daughters and were quite comfortable. It was spotless on our arrival and was tastefully decorated. Our daughters even commented on how 'homey' it felt. The eating area and pool were both beautifully maintained. We were especially grateful for the care and attentiveness of the manager Leah who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was also very helpful with recommendations, including surfing lessons with Toro - probably the highlight of the trip for our daughters."

"This home was an ABSOLUTE slice of paradise!!!! There is a spectacular view and comfortable place to view it from a variety of places around the house and property: in the infinity pool (I don’t usually get in pools but i was in it a ton!), beside the pool, under the awning, from both bedrooms, from the loft area, the staircase, even while doing the dishes! Not to mention it was super cool to take a shower and have an opening to the lush landscape (including a mango tree and sometimes even howler monkeys!). Speaking of the wildlife, we went on multiple hikes and saw very cool animals, but we realized we actually saw the most from right at the house! I can’t even tell you how many beautiful butterflies and birds we saw (really fun to use a bird sound ID app). We also saw howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, iguanas, geckos, variegated squirrels, a crab (it had a long hike up the hill!), and fascinating insects. We even saw scarlet macaws fly into and out of a tree right next to us at the nearby Carmen Beach—what a thrill! We came during the rainy season, but it worked out great as it only rained some evenings and it gave us spectacular thunder and lightening shows that were incredible to watch from multiple spots in the house. We went on a ton of adventures and were glad we rented a 4x4 vehicle to comfortably access the property and surrounding area.Marianne was very helpful and greeted us with a basket of delicious fruit, chocolate, and coffee.I hope to return soon!"
