"My family of 4 absolutely loved this property. One of the most unique places we have stayed. The craftsmanship of the boutique bungalows is excellent. High ceilings and very well appointed "A-Frame" individual rooms. The owner and staff are very friendly. After 3 days we felt like family. We loved the morning breakfast. Tina the Chef helped prepare fresh fruit, french toast, scrambled eggs every morning. She even made Pico De Gallo for me at my request! "Willie" the concierge/host was the best. He had great advice for all our trips, and helped book a couple of restaurants for us, and a zip-line trip. The owner "Shaq" is very friendly and also advises on trips and things to see. It was fun to learn the history of the property from him and history of the Santa Teresa. I've been vacationing regularly in Costa Rica since 1998 just to give perspective. We hope to be back. "

"We loved Casa Cecilia! The staff are all amazing. Natalia and Annabel were always ready to help with anything! The kitchen, cleaning and security staff were also extremely friendly. The location on the beach was fabulous and its proximity to Rocomar for drinks and lunch is perfect. We loved hanging out and chilling at Casa Cecilia. We spent five nights and were so relaxed by the end of the trip. The ambiance “makes” you wind down and relax. The rooms are a little tired, but very clean with great air conditioning. If you want fancy, Casa Cecilia is not your place. If you want a good value, friendly staff, a super location and yummy breakfasts, Casa Cecilia is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to go back! "

"Bungalow was absolutely perfect for me! Lucia took good care of me and maintained communication from start to finish. Also, the cleaning person was friendly and trustworthy. If you don't handle noise easily, then Buena Onda is not the place for you as you do hear the traffic passing though on the road right outside of the property. I got used to it and did not find it to be much of an issue. It is a great location and I would absolutely stay there again as one can easily walk into town. There are great restaurant's close by. Thank you, Buena Onda. "

"Our host was AMAZING and helpful in every way. She moved us to the back of the property where it wasn't right up next to the main road and a little more quiet. The bungalow's really caught our eye online and are super cute inside. We are an older couple, early and late 60's so this brought us back to our youth a bit with showering and the toilets outside...very nice shower and hot water. There was a place to hang our towels outside and a place to hang a few clothes inside. We travel with suitcases, so we just opened them and worked out of them daily. There are other homes also very close to the bungalows, and they were all very respectful related to noise late at night. We really enjoyed our stay for three nights here! It sits just outside of town enough to not be in all the crazy, but amazing restaurant's and grocery in super easy walking distance. The beach is a short walk down the street and then another walkway access. The beaches are BEAUTIFUL!!! We walked and walked on the beaches and watched all the surfer's. My husband was reliving his youth watching all the young people surf! The people in the town were all amazing. Traffic is a little crazy because there is only one road in and out, but we didn't have any issues. We parked our car on the street and while it go dusty, there no issues with leaving it outside the gate. AMAZING STAY and there is no better HOST. Thank you!"
