"We found the Cavana hotel to be very nice. The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. We had 2 double beds, very comfortable room, decent space, clean bathroom, good water pressure, etc. The hotel was easily walkable to the San Blas area (10 min) for dinner and the historic district for the day (20+ min). The room was a little cool, but they provided a space heater which made things comfortable. "

"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. The staff went above and beyond with transporting and storing our luggage for a few days while we went to Machu Picchu at their sister hotel which we stayed at when we returned to Cusco. "
