Amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Cocoa Beach. Amenities included: pool, tennis court, bocce ball & shuffleboard court, park next door with playground and beach access. Condo has a private entrance and access to beach from the pool area. No Utilities to pay! Laundry in condo! Separate beverage cooler and freezer! All utilities will be included; however, we are not pet friendly. Available for Any season 2024/5: $3,950/month rent. $3,750 security deposit plus first month rent required to secure a 3-month lease. (Minimum stay is 3 consecutive months Winter '24 lease can be extended with discount of $750 mo.!)
p.s. Just added two guest memberships for local Health Fitness & Spa!; Added personal transportation via Toyota Highlander (48-hour notice!); (see http://cocoabeachhealthandfitness.com/)
