Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only steps away from the beach. Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on second floor located directly above the lower parking garage below. Balcony elevation is 5’ above ground. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom that can sleep two children.

Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly.

Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.

Great location, super clean!

I’ve never been to cocoa beach and found this little gem, so convenient to great restaurants and bars. We were able to watch the offshore boat races from the comforts of our balcony. It was absolutely perfect! It’s hard to find a place with 2 king beds and this one has it!! Very clean and inviting! Will definitely be staying here again and again !!!

Great home base for Cocoa Beach

This condo is literally across the street from the main square in Cocoa Beach for restaurants, beach bars, and shopping. The beach is clean and near a lifeguard shack, and the room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

I highly recommend this property! The host is super great about communication - he even reached out to make sure we knew about a rocket launch during our stay ( it was really cool to see - great view from the beach behind the condo) Check in and check out was super easy and convenient. The location is great - you can walk to restaurants and shops. The condo itself is nice and spacious, well appointed and clean. We plan to book again!

The location is perfect. A couple of our favorite restaurants are within walking distance of this condo. Convenience of having a garage and elevator is very helpful. The view off of the large balcony is perfect for relaxing after a day in the beach. Close enough, that I can wave at my husband as he sits on the balcony, out of the sun, while I sit on the beach soaking it up. Hope to come back for many more years. Oh, both this year and last we watched a rocket launch. Really cool to enjoy from the balcony.

Perfect property and location

Couldn’t be a better location, walkable to a bagel shop, bakery and many places to eat! Go to The Tiny Turtle and Simply Delicious Bakery. Condo was furnished very well. No complaints whatsoever. Balcony and chairs were awesome. Underground parking was convenient, beach was clean, perfect for our 4 yr old grandson. All round, best place we’ve stayed on Cocoa Beach

Great Beach vacation!

Parked our car in the on site parking and walked everywhere after that. Perfect relaxing beach vacation. All beach necessities were provided. The beach has a lifeguard station. There was a cozy bar to get refreshments next store and also food in every direction. Nothing too busy. Perfect spot. I’d return with family again.

Beach holiday!

We enjoyed this ocean front condo for two weeks! We loved sitting on the balcony every morning sipping a cup of tea and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean- only steps away. On cooler nights we left the sliding door open and enjoying the sound of the waves hitting the shore and the smell of the sea. Owner very responsive — condo very tidy and clean. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Beautiful ground floor view of Atlantic Ocean

This condo appeared to be recently renovated with nice living room and lanai furniture. Everything was very clean. They provided beach towels, cooler, beach chairs & umbrella. The owner even provided laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. Bring your own shampoo, shower soap, and Kleenex. We would definitely stay there again.

Great beach stay in a great location

I knew nothing about cocoa Beach when I arrived, but host was very helpful before I booked. Great location, loved being on the beach. Condo was clean and walkable to lots of restaurants. Host always got back to me quickly when I had questions. Only complaint would be that the condo complex had renovations going on so the pool was closed and there was occasional noise. Not sure we would have used the pool anyway, but would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was construction. Overall great stay.

Steps to beach. Much to enjoy, inside and out!

If you want to be directly on the beach, this beautiful condo is it! Just a few steps to sand! Condo was everything as described. Completely updated with quality finishes and stylish, comfortable furniture. The well-stocked kitchen included everything we needed. Plenty of dishware, even a set of china! Love going to sleep and waking up to sound of the ocean! Good location, but we would have felt limited without a car. Nearest grocery store, according to google maps, is 3 miles away. A few restaurants within walking distance. Lots of the usual beachy stores along Atlantic Ave.
