  • Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2
    bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have.

Excellent stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the kayaks available—they were a great bonus and made it easy to enjoy the water. The location was close to everything, making it convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Cocoa beach get away

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful scenery, close to cocoa beach. The condo was really cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This place is just right out of town less than 10 minutes from the beach very quiet right on the canal is beautiful very well kept property would highly recommend anyone that wants to stay to stay at this place!!!

Beautiful, updated space.

Kitchen fully stocked. Kayaks and life jackets a huge plus. Not far from the beach and tons of restaurants. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great relaxing getaway

This place was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while in Cocoa Beach. Not right in the center of all the tourist stuff but close enough of a drive. The place was clean and well put together. Love the kayaks! My daughter and I were able to see manatees while out kayaking. We will definitely be coming back!

Love this property!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back!

A Wonderful Stay

The condo is beautiful. Very clean with modern amenities. In a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the golf, aquatic and tennis complexes. We will definitely stay again. Check in was very easy and there is parking. We had a great week!

An excellent experience

A hidden gem not in the main tourist area, but very close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for your entire stay. Our teens enjoyed the kayaks on the river and the use of the beach chairs on their beach days. We would highly recommended this location and look forward to our need stay.

Cocoa Beach stay

Our stay at cocoa beach was amazing. Property was amazing,clean, well maintained and furnished. Of all the places we have stayed at this is probably the best one. Close to the beach. Property is right on the river. Fishing was fun and lots of fish were caught. I highly recommend the property for your stay,we will be returning

Location! Location! Location!

This property will be a repeat for us in the future. The location worked excellent for us. The views of dolphin everyday from the windows was a joyful experience. The free kayak usage was icing on the cake!

Was such a beautiful place! Peaceful and relaxing! Got to see 2 rocket launches off the dock. Didn’t get to see any dolphins but there’s a lot of wildlife to see in the river!

The apartment was bigger than expected. Bright, quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. The facilities were all great. An amazing experience to kayak with dolphins. Plenty of parking. Easy to access Cocoa Beach. A wonderful start to our vacation.

Banana River Rocks!!!!

We had an amazing stay !! The kayaks were an awesome bonus! We saw birds, turtles, and dolphins. We actually were in the middle of a pod of dolphins, chasing fish! It was an amazing experience!! The condo is very spacious and clean. The a/c worked great!! Very tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back!!

Peaceful location

We were looking for a peaceful place away from the beach to spend a few days and we found it. Sitting out on the dock in the morning with our coffee watching the Pelicans and Osprey was great. We also saw dolphins and a river otter. We had plans to use the Kayaks but ultimately did not. The condo was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. It will be a nice place to revisit.
