Newly Renovated 1 bedroom condo in Cocoa Beach.

For a quick get-away or a longer break, our condo is just one block from the beach access and the perfect spot to chillax and renew. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 persons with 1 Queen Bed and a convertible sofa. Pack-N-Play available upon request for small children. Central air, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Located downtown Cocoa Beach near restaurants, library, and most importantly, the beach. Also, only 30 min from Kennedy Space Center and an hour from Orlando Airport and the world class attractions there. Visit Disney or Universal, but, stay at the beach.

Property was clean with easy entry and exit without having to carry keys. Condo was exactly as in the pictures. Shower was nice and hot and there were big fluffy towels to dry off with. Location was excellent for our purposes.

I arrived very late and very tired. Luckily, there is a Publix market close by and restaurants so I was able to stop at both beforehand. The parking is right in front of the condo and the neighbors were very nice. Petra responded almost immediately to my questions/concerns. Thank you Petra for such a nice stay!

The only issue for me is the parking. You park directly in front of your unit and there is a small wall there that prevents you from opening your car door fully

Did not have internet for first two days, however the owner did come and get it going, Some roaches inside. Not a short walk to the beach, it is about 5 blocks to beach, if you are carrying chairs it seems even longer. A nice place with good central location.

I love the decor of this place. The neighborhood is very quiet and walking distance to everything. Would stay again if the cable is fixed. Also the slider locks do not work. There is also no secure front lock. As a single traveler this was a major concern. Other than security and cable issues the place is great.
